Please Clean After Yourself: As the kitchen is shared, please clean up after yourself immediately after use to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests. The space is shared with other guests, so please be mindful and respectful. Disturbances that affect other guests are not allowed. No Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, or any other substances. If any smoke odor is detected during or after your stay, a $300 smoking fee will apply, and your reservation may be canceled without a refund. No Pets: Pets are not allowed to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests. Trash: Trash and recycling bins are located in the backyard, right next to the opening gate. Damage: Accidents happen! If something gets damaged during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement through the Airbnb app, if necessary.
