Extra Guests: Due to city regulations and for the comfort of all guests, no extra or overnight guests are allowed. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Please Clean After Yourself: As the kitchen is shared, please clean up after yourself immediately after use to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests. The space is shared with other guests, so please be mindful and respectful. Disturbances that affect other guests are not allowed. No Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, or any other substances. If any smoke odor is detected during or after your stay, a $300 smoking fee will apply, and your reservation may be canceled without a refund. No Pets: Pets are not allowed to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests. Trash: Trash and recycling bins are located in the backyard, right next to the opening gate. Damage: Accidents happen! If something gets damaged during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement through the Airbnb app, if necessary. Rest assured, we won’t hold it against you in your review—honesty is appreciated!
