If any smoke odor is detected during or after your stay, a $300 smoking fee will apply. Pets: Pets are welcome but must be approved. A $100 pet fee applies per stay, and only pets under 50 lbs. are allowed. Pets must be kept off furniture at all times. Damage: We understand that accidents happen! If something gets damaged during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement through the Airbnb app, if necessary.
